The short answer
To start a faceless f1 youtube channel: pick a narrow angle within the niche, settle on two or three repeatable formats, publish Shorts and long videos on a fixed rhythm, and use AI to script, voice and illustrate each video so you never appear on camera. The plan generator on this page writes that plan for your exact situation.
A faceless channel lives or dies on two things: a narrow angle that a specific audience wants, and a production process cheap enough to keep up every week. AI handles the second — script, voice and visuals — so your time goes into choosing topics and improving hooks.
When you are ready to make the video itself, VidsHero turns a one-sentence prompt into a narrated, captioned video you can edit scene by scene.

FAQ
Common questions
Is the plan generator free?
Yes. 5 free generations a day without an account, 20 with a free account.
Can a faceless channel be monetized?
Yes. Faceless channels join the YouTube Partner Program on the same terms as any other channel. YouTube asks that videos add original value — your own script, research and editing — rather than reuse other people's content.
How much can this niche earn?
It depends on the audience's country, the niche and the season, so treat any single RPM figure with caution. Your own YouTube Studio numbers after the first few thousand views are the only reliable guide.
Can VidsHero make the videos for me?
Yes. Type a topic and VidsHero writes the script, makes the visuals, voiceover, captions and music. A free account includes 10 credits.
